The camping area is located right at the end of Juumantie, on the shore of Lake Ala-Juumajärvi next to the national park of Oulanka. The new starting point of the famous Small Bear Trail hiking route is about 150 meters from the area. It is possible to camp in the area with a tent or in camper car / caravan. Also, you may rent one of our cabins.
The place has good connections to well-known nature attractions, which include e.g. Kiutaköngäs, Konttainen, and Riisitunturi - all of which make a good daily trip from the camping site.
Retkietappi also operates in the same area, whose services include rafting, a new cafe at the starting point, and cabins for rent. You can visit Retkietappi's website via this link.

The prices include a kitchen canopy and toilet and shower facilities.
Place for tent 6€/tent + 4€ person /day
Campers 20€/day, SFC members 18€/day
Electricity (10A schuko) 5€/day
• Cabins •
All cabins have electric heating and are equipped with a refrigerator, hot plate, crockery, coffee machine and - according to the amount of people - pillows and blankets. Nearby is a maintenance building with a water point and shared toilet and shower facilities.
Please bring your own bed sheets.
Pets are allowed.

• Sauna •
For those staying in the area: 25€/hour
Separately by reservation: 35€ hour
Wood-heated sauna for 3-4 people next to the rock on the shore of Lake Alajuumajärvi. Sauna will be heated by the agreed time.
As the sauna is already heated for the first person he need to add firewood for the next one when leaving.
